How long will my order take to arrive?

As all of our products are made to order, each order will have a different completion, shipping and estimated delivery date. We will contact you to confirm each step of the way to let you know when your order is being made, completed and has been dispatched. If you need an order for a certain date, please let us know upon ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the product(s) ordered. We calculate shipping costs on an individual basis to ensure they are accurate for each order.

What shipping company do you use?

We send all UK orders using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. You will be provided by a tracking number so you can see where your order is at any time. International orders are sent with a variety of couriers and shipping companies, we will let you know at the time of ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship any of our products internationally, however, this is likely to be expensive based on weight and shipping is at the customer's expense.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer gift wrapping and boxes on any orders and can ship directly to recipient, sending your invoice/receipt directly to you, instead of including it in the order.
